***The meeting of two worlds***
I wonder, have these country people ever seen a sight like this... On the other hand, it may remind them of the days of their youth when horses and bicycles were the most popular means of private transport. Since the invention of bicycle in the second half of 19th century, many people have found the joy of bicycle riding and... got hooked. The history books say that the first round-the-world bicycle trip was made 2 years before mr. Dunlop invented pneumatic tyres. (ca. 1875) The ride must have been really harsh! :-) But, as we all know, no hardship can deter us from enjoying our terminal sickness, called "acute cyclosis"! :-))))
